Becca is a social area graduate student in the Penn State psychology department. She works primarily with Sean Laurent in the Morality and Social Cognition (MASC) Lab, investigating how people morally evaluate others, whether that be in a positive or negative light. Prior to joining the psychology department at Penn State, Becca got her BS in both Psychology and Philosophy at Bradley University, where she conducted cognitive development research with Derek Montgomery and environmental psychology research with Wendy Schweigert. After graduating, she worked at Jump Simulation, a collaboration between the OSF Healthcare system and the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria. At Jump, Becca was a research assistant working on a variety of projects in the areas of biomedical engineering, simulation, and education.
