Jason Williamson

Jason was a graduate student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Jason’s research takes a multi-level perspective to examine the relationships between an individual’s social class status and outcomes at the team level. Jason also studies how affective political polarization is spilling into workplaces, impacting employees’ relationships to both the teams and the organizations they are embedded within. Additionally, Jason is interested in how individuals’ moral identity or their moral judgments are affected by political ideology.
